Beltway Brewing Company is a 12,800 S.F. office/production facility located in Sterling, VA. The brewery Specializes in Contract Brewing, Partner Brewing and development of private recipes. The large production area includes industrial piping, heavy electrical and extensive control wiring. This area houses massive 28’ tall stainless steel tanks connected to the boiler and chillers used to brew their products. The showroom includes a custom viewing area where visitors can observe the operation.

This video shows construction progress for the construction of Beltway Brewery’s new facility in Sterling, VA. The 10,380 SF craft brewery included a full brew line and six fermentation vessels. Construction included the installation of a drive in cooler, boiler for process heating, compressed air piping, a milling room and all necessary features for a full micro brewing facility. Future space for a tasting room and home office headquarters on a newly constructed mezzanine were also included.
