Add This (the TI formerly known as Clearspring)
This design-build project focused on design themes influenced by local area high tech spaces. Working within the constraints of an older base building with low deck to deck heights, the open “white” exposed structure creates a feel of an industrial chic space. The general office area is a large open space with casual work stations emphasizing a team work approach. The reception area is flanked by bright lit glass fronted conference rooms. The break room is the focal point of the space designed for the daily catered buffet style lunches and company ping pong and foosball tournaments.
