Quantico Center Building III is a 104,000 SF, four story class A office building in Prince William County, VA. It is a speculative built steel frame office building, with masonry veneer and decorative aluminum solar shade leading to the glass/aluminum curtain wall at the main building entry. The project was completed 90 days ahead of schedule and the site conditions required extensive lime treatment of problem soils and large cuts to fills. Lobby and core construction was followed by a full floor tenant fit out on the fourth floor.
