COMPANY LEGACY
William H. Moore
Founder & Owner
Vantage was founded in 2004 by Bill Moore, whose career in construction spans more than four decades. Beginning in the field in the 1980s, Bill learned the trades from the ground up, taking on increasing responsibility across complex projects. His hands-on background as a carpenter and superintendent established the practical, disciplined foundation on which Vantage was built.
After 10 years in the field, Bill returned to school, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from UVA, and his Juris Doctor from Ole Miss. Bill’s professional path extended beyond the jobsite through service in the U.S. Marine Corps and a career as a practicing construction attorney, where he advised industry professionals on contracts, risk management, and dispute resolution. That combination of field experience, military discipline, and legal insight shaped Vantage’s core values: accountability, precision, teamwork, and a clear-eyed approach to problem-solving. These principles inform how the company approaches projects, relationships, and long-term decision-making.
Today, Vantage is a company defined by a team-first culture and a commitment to doing things the right way. The firm has grown by investing in its people, building trusted client partnerships, and maintaining clear, consistent standards across every project.
