Completed at the height of the pandemic, this 8,500-square-foot spec suite and amenity space is located within a semi-residential building in the heart of Georgetown. The design emphasizes comfort and flexibility, featuring open ceilings with decorative lighting, custom wallcoverings in phone rooms, and built-in upholstered booth seating. Despite the challenges of the time, the project was delivered with attention to detail and a focus on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for future tenants.
