The Vantage Construction office project holds special significance as the 7,860-squarefoot tenant fit-out of our own headquarters in Sterling, Virginia. Designed to reflect both who we are and how we work, the space brings our team together through a thoughtful mix of private offices, conference rooms, collaborative areas, and welcoming shared spaces for employees, clients, and industry partners.

Custom millwork anchors the design throughout, from warm wood-grain screens and planters to integrated awards displays, built-in cabinetry, and a statement reception desk combining dark stone, intricate woodwork, and metal detailing. A vibrant yellow pantry island, dark cabinetry, green tile backsplash, and wood-slat ceilings introduce bold color and texture while reinforcing the character of the space. Layered architectural lighting, illuminated feature walls, geometric conference room fixtures, and branded details complete the office. The result is a highly tailored workplace that showcases the craftsmanship and attention to detail we bring to our projects while creating a space that feels distinctly Vantage.
