Vantage Construction Corporation proudly managed the 68,000 SF design-build project for Spectrum Healthcare’s Fairfax Health Center, a family clinic serving the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. Designed to support our nation’s military members and their families, the comprehensive build-out included a pharmacy, exam rooms, optometry suites, a radiology center, a full-service laboratory, doctors’ offices, a spacious waiting area, locker rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, and conference rooms. Site work incorporated enhanced security features such as surveillance cameras, a guard shack, security boulders, and K4-rated bollards at the entrance, along with K4-rated perimeter fencing.
