More than just a place to work, the space functions as a tech-forward, client-friendly destination where employees feel proud to collaborate, host guests, and hold events. The single-floor layout balances hospitality with functionality and security, featuring a central hub for meetings and gatherings, flanked by wings dedicated to both secure government operations and flexible open work. Employees have access to a variety of settings including private offices, hoteling workstations, and phone booths, supported by materials and finishes that create a clean, modern, and inviting aesthetic. Sustainability and well-being were incorporated through durable finishes, acoustic design, biophilic touches, and a walkable, transit-accessible location.
