At the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, Vantage Construction completed a 6,100-square-foot renovation that refreshed 12 guest suites, where elevated finishes and fully renovated bathrooms designed to enhance the member and guest experience. Vantage carefully modernized each suite while preserving the club’s timeless character through the salvage, refurbishment, and reinstallation of existing millwork trim. Bathroom layouts were improved by rebuilding concrete slabs and relocating showers to create more functional, spacious interiors. Custom hardwood vanities, built-in benches, quartz countertops, tiled showers with glass enclosures, and updated plumbing fixtures brought a refined level of comfort and sophistication to every room. Designer wallcoverings, broadloom carpet, and warm wood accents completed the guest suites with a polished hospitality feel. The finished project blends classic club tradition with modern luxury, creating accommodations worthy of one of the region’s premier private golf destinations.
