Located in Ashburn, the Quantum Park Amenity project consisted of a 10,350-square-foot interior renovation within an existing office building, transforming the space into a modern, functional environment designed to support today’s workplace experience. The project included the construction of a new speculative office suite alongside upgraded building amenities, featuring conference rooms, phone rooms, lounge areas, and renovated restrooms.

Designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, the space incorporates black-framed glass office fronts, textured feature walls, custom millwork, and thoughtfully layered lighting throughout. The lounge and café areas were designed with an open-ceiling concept featuring decorative acoustic ceiling elements, contemporary pendant lighting, and a large island gathering space that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for tenants and guests alike.
