The Pegasystems project consisted of a 3,515-square-foot tenant fit-out in Sterling, Virginia, creating a sophisticated new office environment for the global software company. Designed to support a variety of work styles, the space brings together collaborative areas, focused workspaces, and specialized rooms within a cohesive, thoughtfully designed layout.

The new office features an open workspace, complemented by private offices, two conference rooms, a secure operations center, and several soundproof booths that provide dedicated space for calls and focused work. A fully equipped kitchen and welcoming reception area provide comfortable shared spaces for both employees and visitors.

Throughout the office, natural wood millwork, striking accent walls, Teknion glass partitions, and warm architectural lighting create a polished, contemporary atmosphere. The combination of glass-enclosed spaces and open work areas maintains visual connectivity throughout the suite while providing privacy where needed.
