Independence Business Center is a Design-Build, multi-building, tilt-up concrete flex industrial development located in Prince William County, VA. The project features 172,000 square feet of 24-foot clear-height tilt-up construction across a 21-acre site. Scope of work included complete site development, outdoor storage areas, custom architectural canopies, and the construction of over 40 individual condominium unit shells.
