Heavy Fleet is a 20,000 SF design-build, tilt-up concrete project located in Prince William County, VA. With a 24-foot clear height, the project earned the NAIOP “Best Build-to-Suit Under 150,000 SF” award as well as the Tilt-Up Concrete Association’s Tilt-Up Achievement Award in 2008. Creative design elements were incorporated to deliver a distinctive “South Beach/Art Deco” aesthetic at a cost-effective price point for the owner. Tilt-up construction enabled simultaneous building and site work, ultimately providing a durable, low-maintenance facility for the owner’s heavy truck maintenance and parts distribution operations.
