Located at 42734 Trade West Drive in Sterling, Virginia, this 42,000-square-foot project, showcases a modern industrial facility built for performance and longevity. Vantage completed comprehensive site development and construction of a concrete tilt-wall warehouse, managing the project from initial earthwork and underground utilities through paving and final building erection. One notable site challenge included the installation of a large retaining wall, which required thoughtful planning and precise execution to support both the building and surrounding infrastructure.

The facility now serves as a Service Center for Rivian, bringing an added layer of coordination and purpose to the project. Sustainability was also a key consideration, with all originally planned propane gas equipment removed and replaced with electric systems in support of Rivian’s all electric mission. This project reflects Vantage’s ability to balance technical complexity, financial stewardship, and forward-thinking construction practices to deliver lasting value for all stakeholders involved.
