This project involved the complete renovation and repurposing of a vacant tenant space into a flexible-use conference center. Located in Arlington, VA, the 3,500 SF space now includes restrooms, a pantry, coffee bar, and catering prep area. Wood veneer details throughout add warmth and invite contrast to the cool-tone, modern design, which features an operable partition, radius flooring transitions, and an extensive, high-end lighting package.
