Bringing two previously vacant suites together, Vantage created a 4,655-squarefoot
headquarters in Vienna, Virginia for Alliance – a finance, accounting, and technology consulting firm. The workplace was designed to support both its local team and nationwide network of consultants and clients, with a conference room and smaller team rooms equipped with integrated IT and A/V capabilities.

At the heart of the office is a large, open staff lounge featuring custom millwork
planter boxes, a waterfall solid-surface island with integrated power, polished concrete flooring, and an open ceiling. A curved feature wall with branded signage and art lighting creates a distinctive focal point, complemented by floating shelves with integrated lighting and tile backsplashes.

Demountable glass partitions and a mix of glass doors in shared areas and oak doors at private offices balance openness with privacy throughout the suite. Existing mechanical equipment was also refurbished where possible in lieu of replacement, extending the use of existing building systems while supporting the
needs of the newly renovated space.
