alongside four move-in-ready speculative office suites. The new amenity space
includes a conference room for tenant use, lounge and breakout areas, and
flexible settings designed for meetings, collaboration, and individual work.

A warm, contemporary palette ties the floor together with herringbone-patterned
flooring, dark architectural millwork, warm wood accents, patterned
wallcoverings, and statement lighting. Hospitality-inspired details, including
custom banquette seating, café-style gathering areas, integrated millwork, and a
distinctive pantry with a mirrored backsplash, create an inviting atmosphere
throughout.
