BUILD TO SUIT UNDER 150,000 SF – HEAVY FLEET
This project was a design assist build to suit for Heavy Fleet. Consolidating their parts distribution and brake service with their heavy vehicle repair facility from Fairfax to Prince William County, the Owner wanted a flexible, economical solution, with the added flare of a South Beach Look. With the use of finned canopies, accent panels and applique medallions, the building was a success. The 20,000 SF facility included offices, warehousing, counter sales and repair bays. Heated with recycled oil recovered in the repair facility, the tilt up concrete flex industrial building delivered on its promises to the Owner.
