Loudoun County, VA. – Vantage Construction Corp. was recently awarded the Flex Overland Center Phase I project. The project is a design-build flex industrial condominium project specializing in automotive use. The 22’ clear, tilt up concrete shell includes accommodations for 21 individual condo units. Each unit to be delivered with restrooms, heat, light and independently metered electric and gas services. A building wide grease trap and 4/1000 parking is being provided on the five acre site. A second phase is planned for late 2014 pending sales of the units. This is the second project for Flex Investors, LLC.
Morgan-Gick McBeath and Associates is the project architect. Structural Concepts is the structural engineer. Provectus is the MEP engineer. Stantec prepared the site plan. Vantage’s project team is being led by Dave Foley as the project executive. Leasing is being handled by CGR.
